Total cooking time: 20 minutes
Place one cup of long grained white rice into pot.
Add 2 tsp of olive oil, mix in with rice.
Then add 1½ cups of water.
Add 1 tsp of salt, mix.
Turn on high flame, start timer for 20 minutes.
When the water starts to boil; lower flame too a simmer,
and cover pot.
Cook until the timer ends.
